Brand Photoshoot Offerings
Brand photography isn’t one-size-fits-all, and that’s exactly why every photoshoot I take on is intentionally planned, strategically built, and completely tailored to your business. Unlike a traditional headshot or portrait session, a successful brand photoshoot begins weeks (or even months) before I pick up the camera. The pre-production, strategy, and planning work we do together ensures that your photoshoot day is seamless, efficient, and results in imagery you’re truly excited to use.

Every business has different needs: content volume, campaign goals, services, team size, locations, props, styling, and overall vision (which is why each proposal I create is custom). Your final collection, timeline, and scope of the photoshoot are all considered when building your personalized options!

Session Structure
Most brand sessions are either 5 hour or 8 hour days. This allows us the room we need for variety, outfit and look changes, different setups, lighting adjustments, headshots, team photos, service imagery, product shots, and everything in between.

With my expert planning, day-of direction, and 12 years of photography, production, strategy, and directing experience, you’ll move through your photoshoot with ease. I guide you through posing, help refine every detail, and ensure we capture the exact visuals your brand needs.

Why brands work together multiple times per year
Your brand is always evolving, and your imagery should evolve with it. Seasonal content, new offers, team changes, updated services, or shifting campaigns often require fresh visuals more than once a year. Shooting quarterly or twice per year keeps your brand consistent, relevant, and well-stocked with purposeful content.

For brands who want ongoing support, I offer retainer packages that include:
2 photoshoots per year (5 or 8 hour sessions)
4 photoshoots per year (5 or 8 hour sessions)

These retainer packages help you stay visible, plan ahead, and support your business with a steady flow of fresh imagery. They are ideal for service-based businesses, teams, medspas, and brands with an active or growing content calendar.

For larger-scale needs, I also offer custom full-production days, which include expanded creative development, production support, and a more in-depth experience tailored entirely to your vision. These are quoted individually based on the scope.

What goes into your custom quote
Because every brand has unique needs, your quote is shaped by elements such as: how much content you want to walk away with, whether you’re looking for 50 final images or 250+, team or model involvement, the complexity of services and setups, the number of scenes and environments, the overall production scope, any retouching or Photoshop needs, whether you’re booking a single session or a retainer, etc.

Every final image you select is carefully edited and hand-retouched by me, ensuring a polished, cohesive gallery that feels unmistakably on-brand.
